Round table covered bond legislation

The aim of vdp is to improve transparency of Covered Bond legislations in Europe. The idea is that information from different countries facilitates comparing the legal environment in individual countries.

For this reason, vdp initiated in 2010 the “Round Table Covered Bond Legislation” as an independent think tank, in which leading Covered Bond analysts, as well as experts in the field of Covered Bond legislation from several countries closely cooperate.The Round Table has developed slides that allow easy access to information on and legal facts regarding the different Covered Bond laws. The knowledge gained from the work of this group of experts will be published step by step.
