President & Board of Directors
The President heads the Association. He or she is elected by the Meeting of the Members for a term of two years and chairs the Board of Directors. In addition to the President, the Board of Directors is composed of 12 additional members elected by the Meeting of the Members, as well as the Chief Executive by virtue of his or her office.
